Define, shape and inspire our arts policy. Turn our multi-million pound arts budget into groundbreaking content across Channel 4, More 4 and online. Seek out new ways to engage new audiences. You’ll need to be a strategic thinker with a strong vision and fresh ideas. But you must also be the kind of person who can make things happen on the ground, creating powerful partnerships with artists and the arts community across the UK. Proven production experience at senior level is essential, and while this needn’t necessarily be in arts related programming, you must have a passionate commitment to the field.
