Top Account Issues & Logging In
1. I cannot login - It says my email already exists or im not registered
If you try to login and an error message is returned then it is probably for one of two reason:
1. Login is case sensitive – you must type in your username and password as you entered them. Click forgot password along the top bar ^ and we will send you a reminder for both your username and password in an email.
2. Your email already exists – this means that you have already registered! To find out if this is the case click forgot password along the top bar ^ and we will send you your password.
2. I'm not getting my job alerts
Our emails will come from noreply@broadcastfreelancer.com please make sure this is in your email client address book, if no email arrives please check your spam / junk folder.
3. I lost my work - what happened?
In order to protect your privacy this site will log you out if you do not press ‘Search’, ‘Submit’ or press a navigation button or link in any 20-minute period.
If you are completing an area of your freelancer profile or loading a job please ensure that you save your work at regular intervals. If you forget and you press ‘Submit’ or a similar button and the site asks you to log in again then you have timed out.
In order to avoid this please tick 'Remember me' when you login. Not only will you not be timed out but you won't have to login again. Just remember not to use the log out button at the end of the session - just close the browser window.

1. Do I need to subscribe if I am a Broadcast Mag subscriber
Unfortunately there is no special rates or offers at the moment for Broadcast magazine subscribers. We are working to bring you some offers in the future.
2. Do I have to pay, when and how much?
To take advantage of all the features available on Broadcast Freelancer you need to have an active subscription, Prices start from just £35.00 for 3 months access.
Already registered? We will notify you when your free trial is coming to an end. If you have already registered but are finding that you can no longer login or apply for jobs then it is because your free trial has come to an end.
3. It says my subscription isn't active but I have paid...
In this case please call us on 0207 728 3971 or visit our contact page and we will get this resolved for you as soon as possible.
