Full Job Description

ASSISTANT PRODUCER/PRODUCATION COORDINATOR for Independent Film Production company based in Oxfordshire. Starts immediately.

Bright, hard working and experienced in areas of Pre Production, Production and Post production. Strong research skills, strong negotiating skills, super-organized and able to work effectively as a part of a team or solo. Knowledge of rock music helpful. This role entails picking up a film that the preliminary work has been started by someone else and getting into production, so interviews will need to be established, or re-established, archive researched, budgets reviewed, travel arranged and executed, music researched and decided upon and regular meetings with our Producer/Director to keep the focus tight. Following all this the job then moves into edit, where close participation on a very professional level is key.

We currently have three documentary films underway, with more to follow. This is a small company, so a hands-on approach and team player attitude is paramount. Local to Oxfordshire desireable.
